Ingredients for Crunchy potato finger 

Potatoes.                  3

Corn flakes.             1 tablespoon

Oil                               1 cup

Plain flour.               3/4 cup

      For the paste 

Onion                         1

Green chillies.         2

Ginger pieces.            1/2

Salt                                 to taste 

    How to cook Crunchy potato Finger 

Parboil potatoes in salted water.Drain and keep aside.Mix plain flour, cornflour ,and salt together .Add the paste to this and enough water to make a thick batter .Dip the potatoes fingers in the batter,roll out in finely crushed corn flakes and deep fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown .Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot.😊😊😊
