Ingredients for Hyderabadi Chicken biryani

Chicken                    1 kg

Ginger paste              1 tbs 

Garlic paste                 1 tbs

Green chillies            1 tbs

Onions.                        2 tbs

Coriander p.                 1 tbs

Cinnamon                 1/2 tbs

Cloves                         4

Cumin seeds.             1 tbs

Mint leaves.                To taste

Lemon juice.              2 tbs

Curd                             250 gm

Butter                           4 tbs

Saffron.                        1 tbs

Water                             1/2 cup

Oil                                    1/3 cup

   How to make Hyderabadi biryani

1.Properly clean the chicken .then in a pan add chicken , salt , cinnamon, cumin seeds , cloves, mint leaves, lime juice, ginger, garlic, cardamom powder and brown onion. Mix it well.

2.Add curd, butter, semi cooked rice, saffron, water and oil and mix it well.

3.Now apply sticky dough on the sides of the pan.

4.Cover with lid to seal it and cook for about 25 minute.

5.Garnish it with mint leaves. its ready to serve   …😊😊😊
