Ingredients for Chicken Cutlet

Ground chicken.     1 kg

Onions.                      4 pieces

Potatoes.                   6 pieces

Green chillies.          10 pieces

Ginger                         2 teaspoon

Garlic.                         2 teaspoon

Mustardseeds.          1 teaspoon

Coriander leaves.     1 bunch

Breadcrumbs              2 cups

Egg.                                1 

  How to make Chicken Cutlet

1.Wash and drain the chicken.

2.Mix it with salt and turmeric powder, salt ,pepper and little bit of ginger garlic paste and half cup of water .

3.Cook well until the water is observed.

4.Boil potatoes with a pinch turmeric and mash .

5.Heat oil in a pan .Splutter Mustardseeds and saute onions ,until light brown.

6.Add curry leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, ginger and ggarlic.

7.Add the mashed potatoes and the cooked chicken keep it on low flame ,until the entire water is observed. Take a handful of this mixture and make balls.

8.Dip it in the beaten egg and then roll in the breadcrumbs.

9.Flatten it out slowly into thick patties.

10.Shallow fry it in oil ,till both sides turn golden brown.

11.your chicken cutlet is ready to serve.😊😊😊
