Ingredients for Banana ice cream
Lemon juice. 1 tbs
Corn syrup 3/4
Vanilla bean. 1
Heavy cream. 2 cup
Coco powder. 2 tbs
How to make Banana Ice cream
1.Place bananas in freezer and freeze overnight .Remove bananas from freezer and allow to thaw for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
2.Peel bananas and place in bowl of food processor along with the lemon juice.
3.Process for 10 -15 seconds. add corn syrup ,coco powder and vanilla bean seeds in processor on slowly pour in the heavy cream. Process until smooth.
4.Chill mixture in refrigerator until it reaches 40 degrees.
5.Transfer mixture to an ice -cream maker.
6.Place mixture in airtight container and freeze for 3 to 6 hours before serving ..😊😊😊
