Ingredients for Creamy Milk Vermicelli

Vermicelli crumbled.        1/2 cup

Milk                                        4 cups 

Sugar                                       1/2 cups 

Green cardamoms               5

Cashew nuts                           1/3 cup

Raisins                                      1/3 cup

 How to make Creamy Milk with Vermicelli

1.Heat 1/4 cup ghee in pan for about 10 minute. Add Vermicelli. Stir and fry till golden brown .Add milk and sugar .Stir till sugar is dissolved.

2.Cook for 1 minute .Remove pan from heat .Add cardamom powder .And place pan on high heat .cook till vermicelli is slightly thickened,stirring constantly.

3.In a pan ,heat remaining ghee for about 2 minute. Add cashew  nuts and fry till golden brown. Add raisins .Stir for a few second and pour into vermicelli .Stir and serve hot .
