Ingredients for Dahi Vada

Black gram.                       3-4 cup

Yogurt.                                 4-5 cup

Ginger                                    1/2 tbs

Green chillies.                       3

Oil.                                            For frying

Sugar                                       1 cup

     How to make Dahi Vada

1.Wash and soak dal in three cups of water overnight. Drain off extra water tomorrow.

2.Grind dal to an easy paste .upload salt,ginger, green chillies and gram flour to the batter and whisk for the minute.

3.Heat oil in a kadai.Drop batter in tablespoonfuls in it and fry until light golden .Drain the bhallas and soak them in enough amount of water go away for 2 minute.Squeeze among your finger to drain out water.

4.Whisk yogurt properly with rock salt and sugar to a flavor.

5.To serve ,region bhalla on a plate and bowl with yogurt .Mint chutney and sauce 😊😊😊
