Ingredients for Veg Cutlet 

Cooked rice                         2 cups

Potato                                    1 small

Mixed veg                              1 cup

Redchilli.                                1/2 teaspoon

Chopped green chillies.     4-5

Cumin seeds                           1/2 tbs

Corn starch                             1 tbs

Oil.                                             For fry 

       How to make veg cutlet 

1.Put all the ingredients in food processer and mix for about  half a minute ,mix should not become like paste and you should able to see all the vegetables.

2.Remove it,add rice and mix well be textured of chunky soft dough .Divide the mix into 16 pieces and roll them into flat patties about 1/2 inch thick .

3.Heat the oil in a frying pan on medium high heat .Drop the cutlets slowly into it ,taking care not to overlap them.

4.Fry the cutlets until they are golden brown ,turning occasionally this should take about 4-5 minute. Take them out over paper towel serve hot with tomato chutney .
