Ingredients for shahi corn

Corn                       1 cup

Coconut milk.       1 cup

Grated coconut       20 gm

Ginger paste             1/4 tsp

Tomato puree            100 ml.

Coriander powder.     1/2 tsp.

Chilli powder.              1/4 tsp

Garam masala p.          1/2 tsp

Oil                                     25 ml

Amchur powder            1/2 tsp

Salt.                                    1/2 tsp

            How to make shahi corn

            Cook or pressure cook the cob pieces in milk with a pinch of turmeric powder .Blend the tomato puree ,coconut and the ginger .Heat oil and fry the tomato mixture till almost dry .

             Lower the heat and add coriander powder ,turmeric powder ,chilli powder ,garam masala powder, amchur powder and salt .Stir and cook for a minute.

              Add the milk in which the cobs were cooked .Stir continuously till done and dry .Add the mawa and stir well .Add one cup water and cobs,and cook for one minute. Garnish with coriander leaves.your shahi masala is ready to serve .serve hot with naan or rice.
